Job Description:

This role will act as a coordinator to ensure all aspects of assigned work are completed successfully. While there are resources at each location who will perform the hands-on tasks, this position is responsible for oversight, engagement, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on purchase orders.

• Ensure equipment is delivered on time.

• Confirm engineers are assigned to the work.

• Coordinate technical activities (e.g., Wi-Fi surveys) by ensuring they are conducted, information is delivered to network engineers, and products are ordered.

• Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Basic technical understanding (not expected to perform the technical work directly).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Professional maturity and experience; senior-level resource preferred (not necessarily director level).
