Senior Head of Marketing

PiAxis.ai is building  AI-native software  for the US architecture, engineering, and design industry. We are building  AI agents to dramatically reduce the 34B$ cost spend on construction documentation in the US .
We are early, opinionated, and product-driven - and we’re now looking for a senior marketing leader to help us turn strong product insight into a scalable go-to-market engine.

The Role
This is a  Head of Marketing role , not a support function.
You will own PiAxis’s  go-to-market strategy end to end  — positioning, messaging, demand generation, and pipeline contribution — working directly with the founders.
This role is for someone who has  done this before : built pipeline in a US B2B SaaS company, learned what doesn’t work, and knows how to focus.

What You’ll Own
Define and evolve PiAxis’s  positioning, ICP, and core messaging
Own  pipeline generation  across inbound and outbound (content, email, Linked In, events, partnerships)
Build and run campaigns that create  qualified, sales-ready demand , not vanity metrics
Work closely with Sales to improve  conversion, velocity, and deal quality
Decide  what not to do  as much as what to do
Hire, manage, and mentor marketing talent as the team scales
Set up dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tied to revenue outcomes

Who is This For
5+ years of  B2B marketing experience
Has owned GTM or demand generation in a  US-focused SaaS company
Comfortable operating in early-stage environments  with ambiguity
Strong judgment — knows when to experiment and when to double down
Hands-on when needed, but thinks at a system and strategy level
