Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions and transform complex datasets into business-ready insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, and business analytics, along with the ability to deliver production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business needs
Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
Work across multiple AI domains including:
Computer Vision
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Predictive Analytics and Forecasting
Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytics tools
Build solutions such as Object Detection, Segmentation, Recommender Systems, Forecasting, and Churn/Propensity Models
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
Present insights through clear visualizations and dashboards
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Required Technical Skills
Programming
Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
Exposure to R, C, or C++ is an advantage
Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modeling
Hands-on experience with Tensor Flow, Keras, or Py Torch
Data Science and Analytics
Predictive analytics and forecasting techniques
Data modeling and pipeline development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data visualization and storytelling capabilities
