A well-established organisation looking for an IT Support & Application Executive to join the Chennai team
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality first and `first line support to internal users, helping to ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems and a great end-user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be at the heart of the organisation’s day-to-day IT operations, acting as a go-to expert for technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices. From onboarding new starters and provisioning equipment to diagnosing complex faults and resolving incidents, you’ll take real ownership of issues from start to finish.
You’ll monitor and respond to alerts across modern security and cloud platforms such as Hubspot CRM , Financial Software ,Azure and Microsoft 365, ensuring systems remain secure, stable and efficient. Working both on-site and remotely, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and continuously improve IT services. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting people and making a visible impact.
Candidates must have commercial experience in the following areas:
AZURE cloud platform , any CRM application and Web hosting
Key Aspects of Responsibility:
-Maintenance Management system configuration & operation.
-Good personal computer systems competence.
-Basic knowledge of office 365 , is preferrable
You’ll be a confident and customer-focused IT support professional who thrives in a busy support environment. You’ll be comfortable managing your own workload while working collaboratively as part of a wider team, and you’ll deliver a professional service to users with varying levels of technical ability.
An IT-related qualification and/or relevant higher education
Hands-on technical support experience
Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments
Experience working with / in an Azure environment
Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
Working hours:
Meet the needs of the business but generally Monday to Friday - (1000 to 1800hrs)

Based in Mylapore CIT Colony
