Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs and analyzing business processes to identify improvements. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, as well as communicating with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met. Direct and manage project development team from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support department goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You help the organization by adopting the Agile mindset and supporting methods (e.g. Scrum). You focus not just on the rules, but mostly on the values and principles.
Key Competencies
Proactive in exploring new technology and applying knowledge to various business logics.
Highly organized and strategic in your approach.
A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.
Good understanding of Zoho products and features (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly motivated, self-managed, committed, and personally driven to produce quality work.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent content planning and organization skills.
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
Experience - 0 to 1 year.
