What You’ll Do:

✔ Perform Root Cause Analysis & Process Optimization
✔ Generate MIS & Business Performance Reports
✔ Enhance Workflow & Customer Experience
✔ Collaborate with Clients & Internal Stakeholders
✔ Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
✔ Maintain the  accuracy, integrity, and timeliness  of QA reports, data, and presentations
✔ Validate the  precision and completeness  of dashboard metrics, sampling methods, and reporting
✔ Deliver  timely updates , including detailed Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
