Role Overview :

We’re looking for a full-throttle Sales Manager who can hunt, close, and grow SaaS customers, especially in NA, EMEA, ANZ, and DACH. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end and bring structure to the process.

What You’ll Do

Identify, prospect, and close new SaaS customers (mid-market & enterprise).
Generate leads via cold calling, Linked In, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Run high-impact demos, negotiations, and account expansions.
Maintain a healthy pipeline in Hub Spot (and other sales tools) with accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with marketing and product to sharpen positioning and win rates.
Last but not least, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience with a strong record of achieving quotas.
Describe one specific initiative you drove to achieve success in outbound and that made you stand out.
Experience selling to SaaS companies - Europe/USA market experience is a big plus.
Infosec, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance/security sales experience is a huge plus.
Hands-on with Hub Spot CRM and other modern sales tools.
Self-driven, competitive, and thrives in a remote, high-performance culture.
