This role offers hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, Procurement, and related business processes, working closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and cloud applications.
Stipend : 10000 INR to 150000 INR
Duration : 6 months
Responsibilities:
ERP & Business Process Support
Assist in supporting Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Procurement)
Help document business requirements, process flows, and system configurations
Support testing activities including:
Unit testing
System integration testing (SIT)
User acceptance testing (UAT)
Data & Analysis
Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and basic reporting
Help analyze transactional data and identify discrepancies.
Support preparation of status reports and dashboards
Configuration & System Exposure
Observe and assist with:
Functional setup tasks
Security role reviews
UI personalization and page navigation (including modern Redwood UI pages).
Learn how ERP systems integrate with upstream/downstream applications
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain:
Training materials
Process documentation
Configuration workbooks
Support knowledge transfer from senior team members
Collaboration & Learning
Participate in team meetings, design sessions, and demos
Shadow consultants during client workshops and solution walkthroughs.
Learn ERP implementation lifecycle and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in enterprise systems and cloud technologies
Basic understanding of business processes (finance, accounting, supply chain is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Net Suite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of:
Accounting principles , SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools.
Experience with documentation or process mapping.
Curiosity and willingness to learn complex systems
