Job Description
Key Responsibility Area: (Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent)
Lead and manage a team of software developers, Testers and automation engineers.
Define project goals, scope, and deliverables; ensure successful execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Implement bst practices and tools for efficient development.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in methodologies.
Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to define requirements.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships aligning technology with business goals.
Define and track KPIs for project success.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
Experience in banking applications and CRM processes.
Continuously update rules/procedures and manage daily activities.
Support special projects.
Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job
- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.)
Must have:
Strong technical background, expertise in two or more languages (.Net, C#, JavaScript, Java, PHP, GO).
CRM project experience (Sugar
CRM or Salesforce for Banks/Credit Unions).
Proven delivery of complex applications and CRM projects.
Experience in automation strategies for efficiency.
Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic architectures, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines.
LLM-based product development (fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, inference optimization).
Familiarity with AI platform architecture (local/cloud).
Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops knowledge preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and self-learning skills.
Ability to manage 15+ developers.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with no code Low code platforms, Xamarin/Maui, API integrations.
Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle CP).
Exposure to AI-driven automation, cloud AI services, and open-source LLM frameworks.
Knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and ethical AI practices.
Experience with API integrations in complex banking applications environment.
Exposure to AI-driven automation strategies for software development processes.
Knowledge of model evaluation and monitoring for production AI systems.
Understanding of ethical AI practices and compliance in financial technology environments.
