Job Description:

We are seeking a CPS Lead to join our team in Chennai, India. In this role, the selected candidate will be leading the CPS team and will be responsible for all the deliverables. The person should be able to guide the team technically/functionally and make sure the deliveries are on time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own critical business processes from intake to delivery, ensuring on-time and first time-right outcomes

• Review, prioritize, and assign tasks and tickets, aligning work with business priorities and driving rapid execution on high-impact items

• Track SLAs across all work streams, monitor workflow health, and ensure all tasks are completed within committed timelines

• Monitor SLA adherence and operational performance, escalating risks early and ensuring timely resolution of delays or blockers

• Oversee end-to-end ETL and MFT workflows, validate successful file processing, troubleshoot failures, and ensure prompt, effective corrective actions

• Use SQL proficiency to validate data, troubleshoot ETL file processing, perform root-cause analysis, and support both operational and BAU activities

• Drive operational rigor through structured daily/weekly governance cadences, dashboards, status reviews, and proactive risk surfacing

• Ensure strong process adherence and champion a “first-time-right” mindset across delivery and support teams

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Implementation, Client Success, Care, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Development teams to resolve blockers and improve throughput

• Enhance and streamline the Client Onboarding process, removing manual steps, tightening controls, and improving predictability

• Lead and manage the team, providing coaching, direction, workload balancing, and performance support to ensure consistent, high-quality execution

• Enable continuous improvement by identifying recurring patterns, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving workflow, tooling, and process optimization

• Build and evolve SOPs, runbooks, and audit-ready documentation, while partnering on automation initiatives such as job schedulers and ETL/MFT workflows

Required

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong Data warehouse knowledge
• Strong knowledge in ETL Concepts
• Hands on - any ETL tool

• Strong DB/SQL knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems

• Experience in Retail, Ecommerce, ERP is an added advantage

• Experience in any ticketing tool preferably JIRA

• 2-3 years of experience as Team lead
