Role Description
This full-time on-site role based in Chennai is for the Head of Digital Marketing. The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee and strategize the agency's overall digital marketing efforts, design and implement digital strategies, analyze campaign performance using web analytics, and lead the team to drive social media engagement and lead generation across diverse platforms. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and driving results to meet business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Marketing and Digital Strategy development
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and ability to analyze campaign performance effectively
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience working in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with diverse industry sectors is a plus
