Insurance Senior Delivery Manager

Overview:

The Insurance Delivery Manager will play a critical role within the Insurance Vertical Delivery organization by providing specialized industry knowledge, guiding project teams, and assisting in the delivery of strategic solutions for our clients. This position demands deep expertise in insurance products (Insurtech), processes, and industry best practices, along with the ability to collaborate with teams to drive results.

The DM will provide technical and architectural guidance, support estimation and solution design, and act as a trusted advisor to the delivery organization and our customers. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Expertise & Advisory

Provide in-depth knowledge of insurance core products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Assist in designing best-in-class customer support journeys and engagement strategies for insurance projects.
Lead technical and architectural discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with their business and project objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovative approaches.
Contribute to technical documentation, whitepapers, and best practice guidelines.

Project Support

Collaborate with delivery teams to define project objectives, approaches, and deliverables.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Liaise with client stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
Strengthen client relationships by effectively communicating with team members and leadership.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

Analyze project challenges to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Proactively escalate concerns or areas for improvement to leadership as needed.
Develop training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials to support ongoing internal learning.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on consulting, solution design, or technical architecture.
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and solution development.
Proven track record of providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients.

Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex business challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
