What You’ll Work On
You’ll be embedded with the  core AI & platform team , working on:
Voice AI pipelines (ASR → NLP → Decisioning → TTS)
Data preparation, labeling strategies & feature engineering
Training and fine-tuning ML / LLM / speech models
Model evaluation, latency optimization & accuracy tuning
Experimentation with multilingual & domain-specific datasets
Supporting real-time AI orchestration and inference workflows
Debugging production issues alongside senior engineers
This is  systems-level AI , not toy projects. Who We’re Looking For
Final year students or recent graduates in:
Data Science
AI / ML
Computer Science
Applied Mathematics / Statistics
Strong fundamentals in:
Python
ML concepts (supervised / unsupervised / deep learning)
Data handling (Pandas, Num Py, SQL basics)
Exposure to any of the following is a big plus:
PyTorch / Tensor Flow
NLP / Speech / Audio processing
LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings
MLOps, inference optimization, APIs
Curious, fast learner,  not afraid of complex systems

Compensation:  This is an unpaid internship focused on hands-on learning and real-world AI system exposure.
Exceptional performers may be considered for future paid roles based on performance and business requirements.
