Role
Summary:
Hiring an Inside Sales / BDR professional to convert Marketing Qualified Leads(MLQ) into meetings and early opportunities for a BFS-focused IT services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow up on inbound MQLs and qualify prospects.
· Execute structured outreach via email, Linked In, and calls.
· Book meetings for sales leadership.
· Maintain opportunity notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in Zoho CRM.
· Share feedback with Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
· Track meetings booked, SQLs, and conversion metrics.
Must-Have Skills
· 3–7 years in Inside Sales / BDR roles (B2B IT services or technology).
· Proven track record in meeting generation.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
· Strong CRM discipline (Zoho / Hub Spot / Salesforce).
· Willingness to work EST time overlap.
Good-to-Have
· BFS domain exposure.
· Experience selling AI / digital transformation services.
