Location:

Chennai (Onsite)

Shift:  Night Shift (6:30 PM IST To 3:30 AM IST)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)  to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with job portals, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through job portals, networking, and other recruiting tools
Work on W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp requirements
Screen, negotiate, and coordinate interviews
Build strong candidate pipelines for quick turnaround
Understand US tax terms and visa classifications
Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal teams
Achieve placement targets in a high-paced environment

Required Skills
Experience in US IT Staffing
Strong understanding of IT technologies
Knowledge of US tax terms & visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) preferred
Experience working with multiple job portals
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
