Role Overview :
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more product modules within the CORE platform.
Drive product outcomes through deep collaboration with Business Analysts, UX, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of purpose, prioritization, and execution.
Identify new product opportunities, define market-driven enhancements, and guide the evolution of the product line to meet customer and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the  product vision, strategy, and roadmap , aligned with business goals.
Translate market and client insights into clear, validated product opportunities and requirements.
Own the  prioritization and backlog , ensuring alignment across UX, BA, and Engineering.
Collaborate with UX to deliver intuitive, outcome-oriented user experiences.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
Measure success through adoption, engagement, and business impact metrics.
Identify and incubate  new product lines or extensions  that strengthen the CORE ecosystem.
Mentor junior product team members, helping build product thinking across the team.
Represent the product with clients, partners, and at industry forums when required.

Preferred Experience:

5-10 years in B2B or SaaS product management, preferably in enterprise or Fin Tech ecosystems.
Prior exposure to retirement, 401(k), or financial services domains is a plus.
Proven success launching or scaling complex, data-driven or compliance-heavy products.
Understanding of API-first platforms, cloud architectures, and integration models.
