Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in NLP and Generative AI to design and build intelligent AI systems powered by modern machine learning and large language models.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NLP, transformer-based architectures, vector search systems, and production deployment of AI models. This role combines deep technical expertise with a data-centric mindset and strong business understanding.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop NLP and Generative AI solutions using modern ML frameworks
Build applications leveraging transformer models such as BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, and similar architectures
Implement embedding pipelines and vector search solutions using FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, or ANN libraries
Develop similarity search and semantic retrieval systems using cosine similarity, clustering, and ranking techniques
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), dataset curation, and feature engineering
Develop ML pipelines using Python and data science libraries
Work on text, image, and multimodal AI applications including Computer Vision and LLM/VLM use cases
Deploy models using Docker and Kubernetes environments
Perform debugging, optimization, and Docker error analysis for ML workloads
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate AI insights into practical solutions
Stay updated with latest trends including GenAI and Agentic AI
Required Technical Skills
Machine Learning and NLP
Strong knowledge of NLP and transformer-based models

Experience with embeddings and vector search architectures
Practical experience with LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI
Programming
Strong Python programming skills

Experience with Num Py, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers
Cloud and MLOps

Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
Docker and Kubernetes deployment experience
Version control using Git
Data Science Foundations
Strong EDA and data-centric AI development approach
Business problem-solving mindset
