Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Application Support Engineer  with strong expertise in  Blue Yonder Demand Planning  to support and maintain critical business applications. The ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across various system components to ensure seamless business operations.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot application and system issues, monitor performance, and ensure application reliability and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, improving functionality, and minimizing business disruptions.

Key

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a  Subject Matter Expert (SME)  for Blue Yonder Demand Planning application support.
Provide  L2/L3 application support , including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Take ownership of  team decisions  and contribute to strategic and operational improvements.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical guidance and solutions across teams and projects.
Facilitate  training and mentoring  sessions for junior team members.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance in line with business requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and system processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in  Blue Yonder Demand Planning (JDA Demand Planning)
Experience in  Application Support (L2/L3 support environment)
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
Experience in system monitoring and performance analysis
Understanding of business process workflows and optimization
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Good to Have Skills
Experience in supply chain planning and demand planning processes
Experience working in production support environments
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Experience & Qualification
Minimum  7.5+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Demand Planning
Minimum  7.5+ years of overall IT/Application Support experience
