We are looking for an experienced  Application Operations Engineer  to join our team in Chennai. The role focuses on supporting high‑availability applications across distributed systems, web services, and batch processing environments. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure application stability, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview
As an App Ops Engineer, you will handle production support, troubleshoot complex issues across multi‑tier systems, enhance monitoring, participate in on‑call rotations, and contribute to automation initiatives. The role requires hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix or Windows platforms and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support production and non‑production applications across Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems, APIs, web services, and batch/transaction processing.
Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation to manage escalations effectively.
Improve monitoring through dashboards, alerts, and health checks.
Automate operational tasks including deployments, validation, and alert remediation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure production readiness.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to stability improvements.
