Role Overview
We are hiring for Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant roles to drive and support Program-Level Testing Governance for a large-scale IT Transformation program within a banking environment.
The engagement involves centralized governance, strategic testing oversight, quality control, and ensuring seamless coordination across functional, non-functional, infrastructure, and business testing streams.
Experience Requirements
Principal Consultant: 15+ Years of Experience
Senior Consultant: 8–12 Years of Experience
Strong exposure to large banking transformation programs is mandatory.
Principal Consultant – Testing Governance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Testing Governance for large-scale IT transformation programs.
Define and implement centralized testing strategy and governance frameworks.
Oversee functional, non-functional, infrastructure, and business testing streams.
Establish dashboards, reporting structures, and defect lifecycle governance.
Drive risk management and quality control mechanisms.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Ensure regulatory compliance within a banking environment.
Senior Consultant – Testing Governance

Key Responsibilities:

Support program-level testing governance initiatives.
Collaborate closely with track leads to ensure testing processes and controls are consistently implemented.
Monitor testing quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Ensure defect lifecycle governance and compliance adherence.
Coordinate across multiple testing streams within the transformation program.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on expertise in large banking transformation programs.
Strong exposure to infrastructure testing and enterprise-scale programs.
Strong understanding of banking / regulated environments.

Experience with test management tools such as ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
Expertise in dashboards, test reporting, and defect lifecycle governance.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
Desired Skills
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Extensive experience in Centralized Test Governance frameworks.
Experience in cloud / hybrid environments.
Advanced knowledge of ADO for Test Management Controls.
