Office Purview Expert

Position: Office 365 Purview Expert
Experience - 5 - 8 Yrs

1. In depth domain knowledge on the Microsoft Purview

2. Have a good understanding of the eDiscovery, Retention, Sensitivity, Content search modules within Purview

3. Have a deeper expertise utilizing the Graph APIs, Power Shell scripts etc., to build applications that interface with Office 365.

4. Understanding of the limitations of O365 and ability to articulate it to the clients across the globe with more focus towards North America.

5. Trouble shooting the issues/problems reported by clients for the applications built on the top of O365 to find the root cause and be able to talk to the clients.

6. Continuously research and be updated about the changes being brought by Microsoft in the Purview module and as well as on the APIs and plan to mitigate it.

7. Collaborate cross functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, and customer success to enable internal teams to effectively develop, sell and support the O365 integrations.

Working experience with Microsoft support or product to provide direct feedback is an added advantage.
