Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist / AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI model deployment. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to transformative projects that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and statistical models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
- Design experiments to interrogate and extract insights from large datasets
- Host models and convert them into APIs for scalable deployment
- Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue, and targeting
- Promote Explainable and Responsible AI practices
- Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Identify opportunities to reuse insights, datasets, and models across functions
- Stay curious and enthusiastic about solving problems with algorithms
- Embrace a fast-paced, experimental mindset:

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Deep understanding of statistical techniques: regression, distributions, hypothesis testing

- Experience with machine learning algorithms: regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, neural networks
- Ability to host models and make them API-convertible
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
