About the Role  We are looking for a  Psychology Intern  who is curious about how psychology, data, and technology intersect. This role involves working closely with senior psychologists, product teams, and developers to design, analyse, and ope rationalise psychometric assessments.

Key Responsibilities    Alert Monitoring
Review and monitor psychological alerts generated from assessment systems
Flag inconsistencies, risk indicators, or edge cases for senior review
Psychometric Analysis & Question Paper Design
Assist in creating and validating psychometric questionnaires
Analyse responses for reliability, bias, and behavioural patterns
Algorithm & Logic Creation
Translate psychological frameworks into clear scoring logic and rules
Support the creation of evaluation models for cognitive, emotional, and behavioural traits
Tech Collaboration
Work with the development team to explain psychological logic behind algorithms
Support implementation, testing, and refinement of assessment algorithms
Psychologist Coordination
Work closely with Senior Psychologists for reviews, validations, and improvements
Assist in documentation of frameworks, and evaluation criteria

Who You Should Be   Pursuing or completed MSc in Psychology (Clinical / Applied / Cognitive / Educational preferred)
Strong interest in psychometrics, assessments, and behavioural analysis
Comfortable working with data, logic, and structured frameworks
Able to explain psychological concepts clearly to non-psychology teams
Detail-oriented, analytical, and ethically grounded

Good to Have   Exposure to psychometric tools or test construction
Basic understanding of statistics or scoring models
Interest in AI, EdTech, or mental health tech platforms
