Role Summary
This is a high‑ownership role for someone who wants to build products used by millions of real users , influence meaningful life decisions and deeply understand customers beyond dashboards.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a product charter end‑to‑end from spending time with users, uncovering real pain points, and shaping insights, to shipping solutions at scale and moving measurable business metrics.
You will be encouraged to directly engage with customers through research, calls, field visits, support interactions and data - not operate from second‑hand briefs.
What You’ll Build
You will own one or more high‑impact product charters across our ecosystem. Depending on business priorities, this could include:
Matchmaking & Relationships
· Match discovery, ranking and relevance systems
· Preference modelling, explainability and trust signals
· Conversation, engagement and intent‑driven workflows
Wedding & Services Marketplaces
· Venue discovery, supply onboarding and availability systems ()
· High‑intent demand capture, discovery for service providers (Wedding Bazaar)
· Consumer‑to‑vendor experience optimisation and fulfilment workflows
Jobs & Livelihood Platforms
· Job discovery, matching and application funnels (Many Jobs)
· Employer onboarding, lead quality and monetisation
· Retention and repeat usage on both supply and demand sides
Monetisation & Growth
· Subscription journeys, packaging, pricing experiments and add‑ons
· Checkout, payment success, win‑backs and lifecycle monetisation
· Activation, retention and habit‑forming loops across products
AI‑Led & Assisted Experiences
· AI‑assisted discovery, recommendations and nudges
· Assisted / concierge workflows combining humans + AI
· Guided journeys that reduce user effort and decision fatigue
Outcomes You’ll Be Accountable For
You will be expected to own and move a meaningful set of outcomes, depending on your charter:
- Activation and first‑value moments across products
- Engagement metrics: views, actions, conversations, lead quality
- Supply–demand balance and marketplace efficiency
- Conversion metrics: subscriptions, leads, bookings, ARPPU and revenue
- Retention cohorts (D7 / D30 / long‑term repeat usage)
- Trust & quality metrics: verification rates, fraud/spam reduction, fulfilment success
- Experiment velocity and learning throughput
Key Responsibilities
· Own your charter’s north‑star metric, input metrics and guardrails; define clear success criteria before building
· Spend time with real users - through research, interviews, shadowing support, field insights and data - to deeply understand behaviour and intent
· Translate customer insights into sharp problem statements, hypotheses and clear product bets
· Design and run experiments: A/B tests, pilots, feature flags and phased rollouts with crisp learnings
· Partner closely with UX to craft intuitive, human‑centred journeys - flows, IA, interaction design and microcopy
· Work with engineering to deliver solutions that are scalable, performant and reliable
· Build roadmaps and backlogs that balance quick wins with long‑term foundations
