Dev Ops Engineer
About The Opportunity
We are hiring for a role within the Human Resources & Talent Solutions sector supporting technology and enterprise clients across India. This on-site role is ideal for engineers who build and run cloud-native infrastructure, automate delivery pipelines, and drive operational excellence for production services.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build → test → deploy) using Jenkins/Git Lab CI to enable frequent, reliable releases.
Package, deploy and operate containerized applications on Kubernetes; manage cluster lifecycle, Helm charts and rolling upgrades.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) across AWS accounts—networking, compute, storage and IAM configurations.
Implement automation for configuration management, system hardening and repeatable deployments using scripting and configuration tools.
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production systems — implement observability, alerts and runbooks to reduce MTTR.
Collaborate with development and security teams to improve release processes, enforce infrastructure standards, and support on-call rotations.
