Application Performance & Reliability Engineering. We are hiring for an on-site Performance Engineering role across India to help customers deliver high-throughput, low-latency production systems and scalable web services.

Performance Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain performance test strategies (load, stress, soak, spike) for web, API, and microservice architectures.
Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts and pipelines using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Load Runner integrated into CI/CD workflows.
Perform end-to-end performance analysis: capture metrics, analyze bottlenecks across application, JVM, database, network, and infrastructure layers, and provide actionable remediation plans.
Work with SRE, Dev Ops, and development teams to implement performance tuning, capacity planning, and autoscaling rules in cloud and containerized environments.
Establish performance baselines, benchmarks, SLAs, and observability dashboards; monitor results and report trends to stakeholders.
Drive load test data management, environment orchestration, and post-test root-cause analysis to ensure releases meet performance requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting for distributed systems.
