5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
Strong experience with Miro for collaboration, workshops, and ideation (must-have)
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to justify design decisions with data and user insights
