The Role

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Value & Prioritization:
Drive a portfolio of transformation initiatives delivering measurable impact on efficiency, margins, and growth, using data- and AI-informed prioritization aligned to strategic and financial goals.
PMO Governance & Execution:
Establish and operate PMO frameworks, standards, and rhythms to ensure transparent, disciplined execution across digital, automation, and enterprise transformation programs.
Change & Adoption Leadership:
Lead change management to enable adoption of new systems, processes, and AI-augmented ways of working across the organization.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Own dashboards and reporting to track initiative health, ROI, and value realization, leveraging analytics and automation for leadership insights.
Team & Capability Building:
Build and lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering accountability, data literacy, and responsible use of AI and automation.
AI-Enabled Transformation:
Identify and apply appropriate AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance decision-making, process optimization, and transformation outcomes, while ensuring responsible AI governance.

Expected Outcomes

Increase operational efficiency through AI-assisted process optimization initiatives.
Enable margin expansion and EBITDA improvements through data- and AI-driven transformation programs.
Deliver 90%+ on-time and within-budget execution across the strategic program portfolio.
Achieve high adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices across transformation initiatives.
Drive 100% alignment of prioritized initiatives with corporate goals and investment thesis.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or enterprise PMO roles.
Strong understanding of business operations, digital transformation, and organizational change management.
Demonstrated experience working with data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools in a business or transformation context.
Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and performance tracking.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required;
Prosci or other change management certification preferred.
Certification in AI or machine learning from a major cloud provider (AWS, Microsoft etc) is preferred
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Build and nurture a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability, business ownership, and excellence.
