About the Role:
We are seeking a PM - Sr. Project Manager /System Analyst with 10+ years' experience in project planning & execution - Plan, document, track, and communicate project delivery plans and deliverable status in applicable tools (JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, spreadsheets) to project teams and leadership.
Requirements
Requirements Management - Document, analyze, and validate business requirements across IT, vendor, and business teams for complex, data-heavy projects including compliance, AI integration, and data migration initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication - Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies through weekly leadership reports and monthly deep-dive sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction >90%.
Production Support & Issue Resolution - Document, analyse and track post-production issues to completion in applicable tools and communicate status to project teams and leadership for timely resolution.
Risk & Dependency Management - Identify, document, and track project risks and dependencies; communicate mitigation strategies to ensure zero business disruption and budget compliance.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with multiple IT, vendor, business, compliance, and data engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and milestone completion rate of 95%.
Agile Methodology Implementation - Apply deep Agile experience including PI Planning, Scrum, and Kanban delivery across project portfolio to maintain delivery quality and decision-making speed.
Compliance & Regulatory Expertise - Leverage knowledge of Compliance Regulatory Reporting processes and ensure alignment with regulatory standards across portfolio management and compliance projects.
Technical Tools & Systems Management - Utilize expertise in Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Service Now, ETL, SQL, Data Stage, Autosys, Snowflake, AWS, and vendor regulatory reporting tools for effective project execution.
Team Leadership & Development - Lead and develop team capabilities through strategic delegation, comprehensive documentation and enhanced decision-making authority to build organizational resilience and succession planning.
