Primary Responsibilities:

Support and streamline monitoring and alerting across multiple M&A partners
Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters to support our applications and services
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible for configuration management and deployment
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy and manage machine learning models in production
Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance
Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the infrastructure and deployment processes
Document processes, procedures, and best practices for the Dev Ops team
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a Dev Ops role or similar position
Proficiency in Kubernetes, including experience with cluster setup, management, and troubleshooting

Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience deploying machine learning models
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or similar
Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Solid communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman

Experience with 'Infrastructure as Code' (IaC) tools such as Terraform
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Power Shell or similar
