Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on  IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager  to manage the complete IT environment of our office and factory, including networks, websites, data storage, security systems, ERP, and CCTV infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain company  websites, domains, email systems, and phone connectivity
Manage  Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, and internal network  for all computers
Maintain  NAS systems , including user lists and access control
Set up and monitor  data backups  (local, NAS, and cloud)
Manage and support the  ERP system  and coordinate with vendors
Control  user access on PCs and systems
Maintain  software licenses, subscriptions, and renewal records
Keep a complete  IT asset inventory  (PCs, laptops, users)
Maintain and monitor  CCTV systems  at the factory and office
Ensure basic  IT security and data protection

Required Skills
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
Knowledge of NAS, backups, access control, and security
Experience managing ERP systems
Basic understanding of website hosting and management
Ability to manage vendors and support non-technical users
Should be able to communicate in Tamil and English fluently
Minimum 5 Years experience in this field
