Technical Skills

Analyse current business and technical process flows to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements aligned with architectural direction.
Develop clear, detailed documentation of technical requirements based on business needs and system constraints.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to shape and validate solution approaches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and architectural principles.
Support solution design through early-stage experimentation, including hands-on execution of proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility, performance, and integration assumptions.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Interpret technical findings—such as system constraints, integration feasibility, or performance metrics—and translate them into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and other delivery teams to ensure architectural patterns are successfully implemented, proactively resolving or escalating issues to the architecture team.
Research emerging technologies and assess their potential to meet organisational objectives or improve existing systems and processes.

An Ideal Candidate Will Bring a Strong Foundation In Technical Analysis With Experience Supporting Complex, Multi-system Environments. Key Areas Of Expertise Include

Advertising Technology Awareness:
Familiarity with ads servers and campaign management platforms (e.g. Freewheel, Landmark) and a good understanding of OTT and STB infrastructure and varying dependencies.
Architecture & Design:
Ability to contribute to multi-tenant architecture, data models, and sequence diagrams to support scalable and integrated solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in data analysis (SQL, Python, BI tools), working with RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Problem Solving &

Innovation: Strong approach to issue resolution, with experience in validating solutions through proof-of-concepts validations.

Core Responsibilities

Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
