Job Description     Ability to help resolve complex technical issues using error logs and independently manage Critical/Complex situations.
Strong oral and written communication ability.
Ability to independently write and validate the technical specification surrounding the access management process for SAP.
The candidate will be responsible for technical analysis and testing an implementation of SAP developments.
Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards
Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through activeknowledge sharing
Qualifications     4+ years of SAP experience
Must be expert at troubleshooting user errors via error log analysis.
Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
SAP Security & GRC:
Should have thorough knowledge on:
Role creation
Role generation
Authorization object interaction
Experience on GRC 12 ARA, BRM, ARM and EAM Implementation/Support project.
Understanding on Global Rule set and customized ruleset.
User License Management.
Schedule Background jobs and monitor the sync issues.
Understanding of Logical Systems and Offline Risk Analysis
Experience in SAP ECC, S/4 & Fiori, HR & EWM
Should have knowledge on SoD, SOX, Audit processes & Industry Good Practices.
Nice to have:
Good knowledge in functional areas in SAP is a plus
Knowledge in SAP query design
Access database experience
