Job Summary

As an Infra. Technology Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing desktop and device management systems using SCCM Intune and VMware Workspace One. You will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms contributing to the companys technological efficiency and enhancing user experience. This role requires a hybrid work model with night shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize desktop management systems using SCCM to ensure efficient software distribution and patch management.
Oversee device management through Intune ensuring secure and compliant access to company resources.
Implement and maintain VMware Workspace One solutions to streamline device management and enhance user productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate management systems with existing IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and device management issues ensuring minimal downtime.
Develop and execute strategies for system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and security.
Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all management practices.
Conduct training sessions for team members and end-users to maximize the use of management systems.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in desktop and device management to drive innovation.
Work closely with vendors to ensure optimal functionality and support for management systems.
Participate in night shifts to provide continuous support and maintenance of management systems.
Contribute to the companys technological goals by enhancing system efficiency and user satisfaction. Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in desktop management using SCCM demonstrating proficiency in software distribution and patch management.
Have a strong background in device management with Intune showcasing expertise in secure and compliant resource access.
Demonstrate proficiency in VMware Workspace One with a focus on streamlining device management and enhancing productivity.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
