Revenue Operations Engineer

Role Purpose

Owns the technical backbone of revenue operations including data architecture, automation, and

analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and maintain revenue data models

• Build dashboards and analytics for leadership

• Implement AI-driven workflows and automation

• Own Rev Tech stack and system integrations

• Ensure data governance and scalability

Key Skills

• CRM administration (Salesforce/Hub Spot)

• Data modeling and SQL

• BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI

Automation tools (Zapier, Make)

• AI/ML workflow familiarity

KPIs

• Data accuracy and availability

• Time-to-insight improvements

• Automation adoption

• Forecast accuracy

Ideal Background

• 4–7 years in Rev Ops, Data, or Biz Ops

• Strong technical and strategic mindset

• Experience scaling revenue systems
