Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team, focusing on system enhancements, communication with business stakeholders, testing, and project management within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle CX processes and regulatory requirements, along with robust technical skills to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system enhancements and project management
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field..
Experience with Oracle CX software and ERP systems
Expertise in Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync
Expertise in CX Migration
Expertise in System setup and configuration
Exertise in System design and development
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
