8-12 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Selenium / Playwright automation, as well as functional testing.
Proven experience leading offshore QA teams in a hands-on capacity.
Proficiency in Java, Java script and Python for automation scripting (C# experience is a plus).
Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured, Insomnia).
Strong knowledge of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SQL, Couchbase and No
SQL databases.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Secondary Skills
Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or Spec Flow.
Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Browser Stack, Sauce Labs).
ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
