About the Role
You will evaluate Rust patches, validate borrow-checker fixes, inspect unsafe blocks, and ensure type correctness. AI coding tools support deeper analysis of ownership, lifetimes, and compile-time behavior.
Responsibilities
Validate borrow-checker reasoning and ownership flows
Review unsafe blocks and detect logical safety issues
Run Rust test suites and analyze failures
Use AI tools to evaluate repository correctness
Suggest improvements to code structure and safety
Skills & Experience Required
1–4 years Rust programming experience
Deep understanding of ownership/borrowing, traits, lifetimes
Familiarity with Cargo, testing, and unsafe code review
Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
strong in type-safety & compiler reasoning
