Oracle CX Developer

The Developer is responsible for building, customizing, and supporting Oracle CX and other applications The role focuses on coding, testing, and deploying solutions as per design specifications. The Developer ensures smooth integrations, timely bug fixes, and provides day-to-day technical support for business applications under guidance from senior developers.

Our exact requirements which we expect for this role are pointed as below.

Oracle CX Saas (groovy scripting) and page configurations
VBCS (custom page development)
CPQ ( Big machine language coding)
OIC (Integration Cloud coding)

Development & Customization

Develop Oracle CX custom objects and extensions using Application Composer
Write Groovy scripts, workflows, and field updates to meet business needs
Build reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
Support integration development using SOAP/REST APIs, ICS components, and VBCS

Testing & Deployment

Conduct unit testing of developed code and prepare test documentation
Support system testing, UAT, and bug fixing
Deploy approved changes between environments following IT governance

Support & Maintenance

Provide technical support for incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in Oracle CX applications
Escalate complex issues to senior developers or vendors

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain updated technical documentation for all developments
Contribute to team knowledge base and SOPs

Collaboration

Work closely with system analysts and functional consultants to clarify requirements
Collaborate with senior developers for code reviews and best practice adoption
Support business teams during UAT and go-live

Continuous Learning

Stay updated on Oracle CX enhancements and apply new features
Participate in training and skill development initiatives
