Here's what you'll be doing:
Collaborate with our creative team to create designs that will make our users go 'Wow!'
Design and develop wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Ensure consistency and standardisation in design by contributing to Paperflite's design language.
Present your designs and articulate design strategy, rationale, and perspective to partners in various organisations and levels.
Work with the Engineering and Product team to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

What you'll need to join the team:
3 - 5 years of experience in designing complex solutions to web and mobile applications/platforms.
Proficiency in design with Adobe suite and wire-framing tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
A passion for designing beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiences.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but we'll consider your application even if you're a self-taught designer too.
