About the Role

We are hiring a Team lead
-Web Developer / Product Manager who can lead end-to-end product development, drive technical strategy, and manage the complete lifecycle of our web-based leisure management products. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in React and experience handling product responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of high-performance web applications using React.
- Take ownership of product planning, architecture, and technical execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
- Oversee UI/UX alignment with the product vision.
- Integrate APIs, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
- Manage version control, code quality, and release cycles.
- Conduct testing, QA coordination, and bug tracking.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the technical team.
- Ensure alignment with UK headquarters on product updates and expectations.

Required Skills

- Expert proficiency in React (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in front-end & full-stack web development.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, Redux, REST APIs, and UI frameworks.
- Experience leading or managing product-based development.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle end-to-end product ownership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.
- Minimum 5–9+ years of experience in web development.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager / Tech Lead preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global work environment.
