About the Role

We are hiring a  Team lead   
-Web Developer / Product Manager  who can lead end-to-end product development, drive technical strategy, and manage the complete lifecycle of our web-based leisure management products. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in  React  and experience handling product responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of high-performance web applications using  React .
Take ownership of product planning, architecture, and technical execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
Oversee UI/UX alignment with the product vision.
Integrate APIs, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
Manage version control, code quality, and release cycles.
Conduct testing, QA coordination, and bug tracking.
Mentor junior developers and guide the technical team.
Ensure alignment with UK headquarters on product updates and expectations.

Required Skills

Expert   proficiency   in React (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in front-end & full-stack web development.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, Redux, REST APIs, and UI frameworks.
Experience leading or managing product-based development.
Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle end-to-end product ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.
Minimum  5–9+ years  of experience in web development.
Prior experience as a  Product Manager / Tech Lead  preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global work environment.
