As we scale our presence across India, we're looking for a Growth Manager to help unlock the next phase of digital and omnichannel growth.

Role Overview
As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing growth initiatives across all customer touchpoints — with a strong focus on digital performance, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify growth levers, run experiments, optimise performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Own growth KPIs  across paid marketing, website conversions, new user acquisition, and revenue growth.
Develop and implement full-funnel growth strategies  across D2C (Shopify), marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
Work closely with the performance marketing team  to plan, optimise and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and other relevant channels.
Lead website CRO efforts  — using tools like Hotjar, GA4, and A/B testing platforms to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Plan and execute growth experiments  across channels and customer journeys — from ad creatives and landing pages to retention flows.
Collaborate with retention, content, and brand teams  to ensure seamless cross-channel messaging and engagement.
Monitor and analyse growth metrics, reporting on ROI, LTV:

CAC, churn, and cohort behaviour to inform decision-making.
Explore and test  new growth channels  (affiliates, influencer collabs, partnerships, SEO, UGC, etc.)
Identify bottlenecks in the user journey and propose data-backed improvements.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance roles — preferably in a high-growth D2C brand or startup.
Strong understanding of  digital marketing funnels, analytics , and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with  growth tools  — GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Web Engage (or similar), etc.
Experience running  growth experiments  and analysing results using a test-and-learn approach.
Comfortable working with  data  and drawing insights to make strategic decisions.
Strong project management and communication skills — ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and ops teams.
Passion for consumer brands, wellness, and/or sustainability is a plus.
