Senior JBoss Middleware Administrator
Responsibility:
Install, configure, and maintain JBoss EAP servers in production and non-production environments.
Manage application deployments , patching , and upgrades across environments.
Monitor system performance and availability and proactively resolve issues.
Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
Automate routine tasks using shell scripting , Ansible , or other tools.
Collaborate with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to support application lifecycle.
Ensure security compliance and apply necessary hardening and updates.
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in JBoss EAP administration .
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting.
Experience with Red Hat JBoss Fuse , Wild Fly , and Apache Camel is a plus.
Understanding of networking , SSL/TLS , load balancing , and firewall rules .
Experience with monitoring tools . Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Certifications:
Red Hat Certified Specialist in JBoss EAP Administration
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
