We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective implementation of Scrum across cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Facilitation
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
Ensure Scrum framework is followed consistently and effectively
Guide teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
Team Coaching & Leadership
Coach Product Owners and team members on Agile principles and best practices
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Mentor teams to improve velocity, predictability, and quality
Impediment Removal
Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity
Escalate issues proactively when required and work with stakeholders to resolve them
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Ensure alignment between business goals and team execution
Metrics & Reporting
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity
Use data to drive improvement and informed decision-making
Continuous Improvement
Promote Agile maturity and process optimization
Conduct retrospectives and implement action items
Support Agile transformation initiatives at the organizational level
Required
Skills & Qualifications Core Skills
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean frameworks
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Tools
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Rally , or similar
Familiarity with Agile reporting and dashboards
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Servant-leadership mindset
Ability to coach and influence without authority
