About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with PPC experience who can take ownership of search strategies and confidently communicate with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to guide team members, and comfort in handling client discussions around strategy and performance.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai.
What You’ll Do :
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions
Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis
Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link building and local SEO
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO and PPC best practices
Lead and mentor junior SEO team members
Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
Present SEO and PPC strategies, reports, and insights clearly to clients
Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Analyze SEO and PPC performance data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of dedicated experience in SEO
Hands-on experience with PPC is mandatory
Strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategy execution
Proven leadership and team guidance skills
Strong client-handling experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Chennai
