About the Job
We're seeking a dynamic Organic Growth Marketer to increase our organic reach, brand awareness, and community engagement. You're someone who doesn't wait for perfect conditions, you experiment, iterate, and scale what works.
You'll own the entire organic growth funnel from ideation to execution, building thought leadership while running scrappy experiments that move the needle. This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding, you'll identify opportunities, create solutions, and execute with speed and precision.
Roles and Responsibilities
Core Growth Responsibilities
Drive month-on-month organic traffic growth across 2-3 key channels (Linked In, Reddit, niche communities, influencers) with measurable increases in unique website visitors.
Build and establish thought leadership through strategic content distribution and community engagement.
Champion a culture of rapid experimentation. Design and execute small-scale growth experiments across multiple channels to identify new traffic sources.
Create, repurpose, and distribute high-impact content by leveraging AI for ideation, first drafts, and personalization while adding human creativity to ensure standout quality.
Leverage AI tools strategically to identify trending topics, keywords, and content opportunities faster than competitors, while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions; proactively identify and recommend new organic growth levers based on data patterns.
Requirements
Essential Experience
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing roles within B2B SaaS environments
Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth with specific examples of month-over-month improvements
Experience with AI marketing tools for content creation, keyword research, and trend identification
Hands-on experience with organic social media marketing, particularly Linked In and Reddit, for B2B audiences
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
Self-sufficient execution mindset - you don't wait for design or content support; you create, adapt, and execute immediately
Data-driven decision making with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
