* Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled  Digital Marketing Specialist  to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, optimizing website SEO, managing ad campaigns, and overseeing social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on website SEO, Google and Linked In ad campaigns, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website SEO:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Optimize website content, metadata, and tags to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Identify and address technical SEO issues to improve site health and user experience.
Campaign Management (Google & Linked In Ads):
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and Linked In, targeting specific audiences and driving measurable results.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, optimize bids and targeting to maximize ROI.
Develop A/B tests for ads to determine best-performing creatives and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad copy, creative, and messaging with brand objectives.
Social Media Content Management:
Develop and implement social media content calendars across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content on social media channels to increase brand awareness and follower engagement.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust content strategies based on performance analytics.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions with followers.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree  or a related field.
2 to 4 years  of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and social media management.
Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of campaign management for Google and Linked In ads, with experience optimizing for performance and ROI.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker  with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred

Skills:

Experience with  content creation  tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with  email marketing  platforms and CRM tools.
