Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in our team, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.
Key Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
Business Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutions
Analyze data and processes to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
Scrum Master
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values
Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progress
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency
Technical Skills
Experience with project management tools, such as Azure Devops
Basic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
