Agile Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets with transparency and accountability.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Track project progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Continuously improve processes to enhance team performance and delivery quality.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean).
Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive project management approach.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; additional project management certifications are a plus.
